Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Refund Policy applies only to paintings purchased on this site. Any painting by Elise Thomason purchased via a separate gallery, website, or app is subject to the policies of that party.

All requests for consideration of refund / return must be submitted within three (3) business days of purchase delivery.

Refunds / returns may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Some reasons for possible refunds include a purchase that arrives damaged or a purchase that does not arrive at all. In the latter case, customer must file a claim with the carrier (and provide proof of rejection of claim by carrier) before a refund will be considered. Returns generally cannot be accepted for reasons other than shipping damage or carrier failure to deliver. If you would like to request consideration for a return, please end an email to elwoth@gmail.com titled "PAINTING REFUND REQUEST." Please include the following information:

1. Your name

2. The title of the piece and the date you ordered it.

3. Please specify the reason you would like to request a refund. If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage. 

If a refund / return is approved, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with return packing and shipping. The art must be returned re-packed securely in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed when the artwork has been received less shipping fees. Please email elwoth@gmail.com.
